Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Seliki Management is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, LOPDGDD).

1. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal information is:

Seliki Management

Owner: Jessica Kabia

Barcelona, Spain

Email: jessica@seliki-management.com

Website: seliki-management.com

If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your data, please contact us at the email address above.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us. Currently, the only means of data collection on this website is our contact form.

Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • City of residence
  • Type of inquiry (Representation, Collaboration, Casting, Press, or General)
  • Your message

Automatically Collected Data

We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising networks. We do not set non-essential cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server log data (such as your IP address and browser type) for infrastructure and security purposes. This is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you submit exclusively for:

  • Responding to your inquiry or request
  • Assessing whether a representation or collaboration opportunity is a good fit
  • Following up on your inquiry as appropriate

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing communications unless you have explicitly requested otherwise. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds under GDPR Article 6:

Article 6(1)(b) — Pre-contractual measures

Processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — for example, assessing a representation inquiry.

Article 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interests

Processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in responding to general inquiries, collaborations, and press requests from individuals who contact us voluntarily.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

  • If your inquiry does not result in an ongoing relationship, your data is deleted within 12 months of the last communication.
  • If a professional relationship is established, we retain relevant data for the duration of that relationship and for a period of up to 5 years thereafter, in accordance with Spanish commercial law obligations.

You may request deletion of your data at any time. See Section 7 for how to exercise your rights.

6. How Your Data Is Transmitted

When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection and sent to our inbox via Gmail (Google Workspace). Google processes this data as our service provider. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) other than through the services described above, which maintain appropriate safeguards (Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Your Rights Under GDPR and LOPDGDD

Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.

Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, or if you withdraw your consent.

Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your data in certain circumstances, such as while we verify the accuracy of your data.

Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

Where processing is based on your consent or a contract, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis.

Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decisions (Art. 22 GDPR)

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at jessica@seliki-management.com. We will respond within 30 days. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will notify you.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority:
